At least three of the exploits still work on ScanMail for Notes. Being fully 
patched does not fix the problems as previously stated.

In addition, if the security of things like TVCS rely solely on the security of 
the operating system, then they might want to note that fact in their 
documentation -- I couldn't find mention of it.
