New Notary

Michael,

Please get in touch with Robert Golovniov [[email protected]]. He
is a Thawte notary and would like to be a GSWoT notary. I knew had had
an assured x.509 certificate, and have signed his PGP key, but did not
know he is also a notary until just a little while ago. He can be
found on the Thawte notary pages under Ukraine - L'vivska Oblast.

This will be our first GSWoT notary in Eastern Europe. Our web of
trust is growing.
