I had a floppy with zebedee, httptunnel and vnc with keys etc.

zebedee<_>hppttunnel<->internet via port 80<->hppttunnel<->zebedee

 A batch file set it up to connect to my home and work systems. Just
put it into any windoze machine and run a batch file and I had a secure
connection through most firewalls into my linux machines. Also had a
copy of the registry loopback fix so it was a complete solution - was, I
accidentally formatted it so will need to create another some day.

For your uses, just put all the neccesary on a floppy and give it to
your friends with instructions like "put in the floppy and run
connect.bat". Applications to use the connections are another matter.
