VoIP over Zebedee tunnel

Hello everyone,

 I just installed Zebedee and have a very nice first impression. 
However, I failed so far to forward a couple of UDP ports to a SIP 
server. Has anyone tried this before? Do phone calls over a tunneled 
connection still sound okay, in other words, is it worth for me to keep 
trying?
