Overhead?

Dear group,

I recently installed and started using Zebedee for some research that I am doing for school. I think it's a really great program. However, I am curious how much overhead is added by Zebedee for security to each data packet? (More specifically, since I am using it for VoIP, how much (non-compressed) additional overhead is added to each UDP segment?) If this is unknown, what would be the best way to determine it?
