No, that's not possible AFAIK. However, as you already have found 
out, nothing stops you from running several parallell zebedee 
servers, which I also do -- although I have found that strange things 
can happen if the processes aren't separate names. So I copy 
zebedee.exe to zebedee-office1.exe, zebedee-office2.exe, etc etc... 
and run them as services. Works like a charm.

There are also benefits with multiple clients in many cases, such as 
monitoring processor/memory usage per client instead of bundling it 
all together. And it's more crash-proof, of course.
