Unfortunately neither approach works for Zebedee running as a service.

Which is this?  The only utility on Sysinternals.com that I could find that
modifies a running process is Process Explorer, which is interactive.

Wouldn't it be great if Zebedee had a configuration option for this?
Synergy sets its own priority to realtime, so it should be pretty doable.
