Here is what I did.

I created two config files server.zbd and client.zbd  I created two
cmd files to register the servers each contains one line  like this

zebedee  -n "Zebedee Client" "-Sinstall=%~dp0client.zbd"

When I run the services they both run for a few seconds and then fail
with this message.

ERROR: failed in Win32 service routines: code 0x427

I love these useless windows error messages.  Has anybody seen this before?

windows firewall is off...

Here is my config file.
