A client instance of zebedee can only connect to one server instance of 
zebedee, but it can ask the server to connect to other machines.

So for example, I have a zebedee client running at home that connects to 
a server at work that is running zebedee, but I'm not limited to only 
connecting to that one machine at work, I can connect to any machine on 
the work network, with the right settings.

e.g.
Server:-
target server.company.com:3389 #remote desktop
target othermachine.company.com:3389

Client:-
serverhost server.company.com
tunnel 33890:server.company.com:3389
tunnel 33891:othermachine.company.com:3389

Does that make any sense?

Are you still trying to run it as a service, or have you tried it 
manually from the command-line?
