Hi gang, as I didn't get a response on the last question I bought a laptop with Vista and have managed to get it working. Even if no one is listening :-) I thought I should do a quick report. Vista works /better/ with Zebedee SMB tunneling than 2000 and XP. The reason is that it doesn't bind port 445 by default to every network adapter (or so it seems); you can thus tunnel 445 only and get fully functional SMB. Yay. There might be a tutorial coming up on this. I am quite happy, because this means I don't have to research other encrypted tunnels but can happily continue my Zebedee SMB endeavours. :-) -- Magnus Wedberg http://www.magnuswedberg.com/ mw AT 9000.org Warning!
