Indeed so, yes. Filezilla *client* (same location as filezilla server) has
an sftp client (using putty as a backend) as well as ftps and ftp - but the
server doesn't support sftp or ftps. cygwin+OpenSSH works well as both a
remote console and secure ftp, all over one port 22 :)
