Hi, > > When I try to compile zebedee 2.5.2 I get the following message: > > make OS=linux > > gcc -pthread -Wall -O3 -DHAVE_PTHREADS -I. /usr/include/openssl > -I../zlib-1.1.4 -c -o zebedee.o zebedee.c > gcc: cannot specify -o with -c or -S and multiple compilations > make: *** [zebedee.o] Error 1 > > I use gcc version 3.2.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.1 3.2.2-3mdk) > and below I report the modified (by me) part of Makefile: That's really odd, as this is faily common usage. I don't have Mandrake 9.1 but GCC 3.3.1 (Cygwin) and GCC 3.2 (RedHat 8.0) both are quite happy with this. Perhaps it waa broken in 3.2.2 but later fixed or maybe Mandrake broke it. Sorry I can't be of more help. Regards, Neil ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.
