weblogping 1.10: Remove outdated services and code (#178)
* weblogping 1.10: Remove outdated services and code
Removes sites that got shut down (almost all of them) and the HTTP/Request fallback code, as that lib is removed for a while now.
* weblogping: Do not force http://, fix ping url when with scheme
* weblogping: Do not require xmlrpc response
* Delay pings for future entries
* Fix: manual ping services could not be entered without https://
The old version of the plugin did not extend the http scheme.
* Fix: Do not send ping when entry is a draft
