freetags 4.0: Cleanup outdated options (#180)
* freetag: Drop Technoratio link option
* Remove flash based tag cloud
* Update autocomplete plugin to work with current jQuery versions
Also drop the compatibility code for Serendipity < 2.0 and provide source for jquery.autocomplete.
* Document changed and update plugin version
