linktrimmer 2.0: Fix functionality, drop bc code (#182)
* linktrimmer: Fix links & add URL rewriting detection & PHP 8 fixes
Before, it was impossible to get the correct shortened links if URL rewriting was disabled. They worked when constructed manually, but where not shown correctly in the backend. This commit enables their proprer display while still keeping the option to point to an external domain.
* Remove compatibility code for s9y 1.x, document changes
