  Add a xslt sylesheet to the rss and atom feed (#914)

* Add a xslt sylesheet to the rss 2.0 feed

* document changes

* Use template path resolved link to xsl file, not hardcoded

* Fix undefined variable error (PHP 8) on RSS 1.0 feed

* Add XSLT stylesheet to Atom 1.0 feed

* Add XSLT stylesheet to RSS (0.91) feed
This is the feed that gets created when visiting feeds/index.rss, so not completely unlikely

* Nicer design for the helper block
