Summary: relativ Path in .htaccess causes Directory to be shown

Initial Comment:

The Configuration Modul and the Installer set a relativ
Path in .htaccess which causes the Directory-Listing to
be shown to the (extern) Users. This happens while the
Installation ist Administrated from Local Network and
viewed from outside.

Please fix:

Wrong:(.htaccess)
DirectoryIndex /path/to/blog/index.php

Right:(.htaccess)
DirectoryIndex index.php

Even setting "index.php" in the Mandatory Field in
Configuration Menue results in wrong Syntax.

This in fact required behaviour and not a bug.

/path/to/blog is the correct way. Else requesting
directories like /archives/my-entrie would default ot a
index.php in /archives/index.php which of course doesn't
exist. :-)

Please describe to which extent this creates trouble for
you, then I might be able to help you out?
