Summary: Overthink Mod Rewrite Rules

Initial Comment:
When Using .htaccess with mod_rewrite you will notice
picutres not being displayed when you are in the pseudo
"archive/" subfolder.
Therefore the .htaccess rules should be renewed to
change this behaviour.

This must be an issue in your path/blog configuration. The
rules work properly, actually.

Please describe your environment, so that I can tell you
what to change to fix the behaviour. Yuo might want to come
to the s9y.org forums, helping you there is easier when you
don't have a Sf.Net account.
