There is an encoding problem in a popup box in the 
German translation: 

When viewing an blog entry, there is a link linking to 
comment.php?type=trackback&entry_id=280 which usually 
pops up an JS alert box saying

"Dieser Link ist nicht aktiv. Er enthält die Tracback-
URI zu diesem Eintrag. Sie können diese URI benutzen 
um Ping- und Trackbacks von Ihrem eigenen Blog zu 
diesem Eintrag zu schicken. Um den Link zu kopieren, 
führen Sie einen Rechtsklick aus und wählen 
"Verknüpfung kopieren" im Internet Explorer oder 
"Linkadresse kopieren" in Mozilla."

The umlauts 'ä' etc. look like utf8-characters viewed 
as iso8859-15.
