Summary: sqlite query error

Initial Comment:
Hello,

I have the following error appearing when I go to
Administration -> Backup Interface:

"Warning: sqlite_query(): near "SHOW": syntax error in
_some_path_\...\include\db\sqlite.inc.php on line 226"

I am using SQLITE as a DB.

I assume the error is raised because the Backup Event
plugin uses the "SHOW TABLES", which is not supported
by SQLITE. Instead, something like:
"SELECT name FROM sqlite_master WHERE type = 'table'"
should be used for the SQLITE case...

Is there a chance this is fixed soon?

Thanks in advance

Hi!

Sadly this plugin was developed with only MySQL in mind.

Since I don't use SQLite and don't know how it supports
things, maybe you can edit your serendipity_event_backup.php
file and replace that SQL query with the one you suggest? If
that works I could patch the official plugin!

Until then, I've at least added a note into the plugin that
says "MySQL(i)" only.

However, when you use SQLite, you can make a backup easier
by just zipping up your directory via FTP, then the database
will go with it.

Best regards,
Garvin
