Notice: Undefined variable: serendipity in .../serendipity/index.php on line 20

i use php 5.1.2 and apache 2.0.55 (Win32)

a quick fix could be:
if (isset($serendipity['expose_s9y']) && $serendipity['expose_s9y']) {
but i suppose the header would then never be set as this variable is never declared before it's used?
