Summary: Give reason about moderated comment/trackback

Initial Comment:
It would be great if the email containing a moderation request for a comment/trackback could give a short description why the comment/trackback was set to "moderated", since there are several blocking mechanisms within the Spamblock plugin.

At the moment (v. 1.1) it only shows "Spamblock: invalid comment" but I don't know what was the real reason for rejection.

Hi!

Sorry for being so late on your request item, my vacation took quite long.
;)

The request is quite good, I just committed this to our SVN repository of
the upcoming version!

Best regards,
Garvin
