Summary: Incorrect path in sqlite error message

Hi,

include/db/sqlite.inc.php can output the following message:
"Unable to open \"{$serendipity['serendipityPath']}$dbName.db\" - check permissions (directory needs to be writeable for webserver)!"
which is not correct because some lines above that, the path can also be set to "S9Y_DATA_PATH . $dbName . '.db'". The correct string to use is this:

"Unable to open \"$dbfile\" - check permissions (directory needs to be writeable for webserver)!";

Patch is attached.
