Hi,

I was using catchpas to filer out spam on  a new blog using serendipity, but I received an e-mail from a reader who told me that no matter how carefully he entered the letters on the catchpa, his commecnt ws always rejected. I tried it both with FF and IE and had the same result.

We can only help you if you give us your URL, otherwise we can't see for
ourselves.

Captchas work properly on setups I am using.

Please carefully check your antispam configuration and see if things
beside the captcha could be the reason for your blocking, like the
authorname, or an DNSBL-filter or whatever. So also please post your full
configuration together with the URL where we can see your captchas.
