My crystal ball tells me you have the LJUpdate plugin installed and
configured to mirror your postings to another s9y installation. The URL you
entered for that s9y installation seems invalid, which is the reason for
that "Error 0".

Plus, you are trying to use XML-RPC ping services, but it seems your
server is firewalled and cannot issue full outgoing HTTP connections.
