Just wanted to upload some image in s9y.

It said something like "successfully uploaded" and after that a memlimit error. The file was not in the medialibrary.

I increased the memlimit and tried to upload the file again. It failed now cause the file already was in /uploads.

It should check if something fails on thumbnail-creation-process and give an error and it shouldn't put the file in the uploads-dir if it doesn't add it to the database.

If you receive any errors, please give us the exact error
message. Without that, we cannot do much about it easily.

But you are right, currently s9y just uploads what it can
and wants you to pay attention to memory-limits for large
files. This should be improved.
