Initial Comment:
The attached patch contains additional german translations for the serendipity_event_contactform plugin.

The patch was created against the UTF-8 version of the file. Remove the two "-" lines at the beginning and it should match on the non-UTF-8 version of the file (it missed the first two messages).

Note: All german umlauts etc. are encoded as htmlentities.

Argghh - at least one item (PLUGIN_CONTACTFORM_ISSUECOUNTER) was displayed
as raw htmlentity in the backend. I'll attach a UTF-8 encoded patch.

Please update the non-UTF8 language file by copying and recode'ing the
UTF-8 file.
