Summary: Update db includes to be PHP-5.3.0 clean

Initial Comment:
Update include/db/* to be "PHP-5.3.0 Clean" -- Replace deprecated split() with explode()
This shuts up a warning message on the publicly-visible part of the site.

Suggested TODO (and a fairly substantial project): Replace other deprecated split() and ereg*() calls to shut up E_DEPRECATED messages (and ensure 6.0.0 compatibility)

Hi!

Did you try the Serendipity 1.5 preview? It'S been up for a couple of
weeks and should fix all PHP 5.3 problems already?!

Thanks for reporting & helping!

Regards,
Garvin
