I'm getting the following error when building the latest "devel"
snapshot in Alpine Linux (3.24):

'_GL_ATTRIBUTE_CONST'

(Followed by a cascade of other errors caused by this.)

I believe this issue was caused by the changes in
03e7298d1eb7f7163cda94ee23dcfa983152a540?

Applying the following diff fixes my build locally:
