On the page https://zsh.org/, the link 'The Netherlands' (HTTPS,
letterboxdelivery, hosted on Digital Ocean) does not work:

$ wget https://zsh.letterboxdelivery.org/

The other distribution sites work properly (HTTPS and FTP protocols).
