notice of zsh.org down time

the server hosting zsh.org will be down for scheduled maintenance
beginning sat 9 may @ 06:15 utc (less than 7 hours from now)

the mailing list will stop accepting messages shortly before that time

if all goes well, the outage should last no longer than a day or two. if
it is extended, or if there is other news, we will add a note to the
zsh.sourceforge.io site
