test release: 5.9.1.2-test (will be 5.9.2)

i've tagged 5.9.1.2-test and uploaded the artefacts to:

  https://sourceforge.net/projects/zsh/files/zsh-test/5.9.1.2-test/

this is a test release for zsh 5.9.2. there were no regressions reported
for 5.9.1, but a few patches were omitted. those have been applied here,
along with several other minor bug fixes and some completion updates

if you have time, please test and report any issues
