SourceID is pleased to announce the immediate availability of version
1.0 of SourceID.Java. SourceID.Java is a framework which integrates with
your existing Java-based web application to provide Federated Identity
services such as the Liberty Protocol for single sign-on.

This final release contains several important enhancements and many
small bugfixes.

Noteworthy in this final release:

- SourceID.Java now handles 100% of the profiles in the Liberty Protocol
specification, version 1.1.
- SourceID.Java has been successfully tested for interoperability with
eight other Liberty Protocol implementations, including Novell
eDirectory and SunONE.
- Support for the Identity Provider Introduction protocol, for determine
an anonymous user's "Preferred Identity Provider".
- Support for WAP/WML devices with automatic detection and presentation
of properly formatted pages and redirects for conducting single sign-on.
- Support for LECP protocols (Liberty-Enabled Client or Proxy).
