The .Net toolkit works at the ASP.Net application level; it is not an
add-on to IIS. Development was done using .Net framework version 1.1 on
Windows XP, and tested on Windows 2003 server. Windows 2000 and .Net
framework 1.0 may work, but I haven't tested those.

As a toolkit, it requires integration into the existing authentication
of a ASP.Net web application. It is not a 'drop-in' solution;
integration is required.
