Problem & .Net 02. Alpha Install

Anyone any idea why, in Manager.cs,

Constants.APP_KEY_ASSERT_TOLERANCE_NOT_BEFORE

evaluates to null?? I am still working through what is actually going on and how the code and handlers process requests, but i am guessing that this being null is not what we want. Maybe i have missed something obvious in my eagerness to install the app.

Also i've been working on installing the alpha version on and off for a few days. I know this is alpha, but i think some set up and install instructions would be handy for the next release, along with some details on what some of the handlers etc actually do (i guess some may be covered in the liberty specs?).

I have created some notes as i have progressed and will be glad to share what i have when i get it working.
