I have already included that in the machine.config file. Still the
problem persists. Is there anything that I have to do apart from that
given in README files

Hi Cholan - i think you are running into the same issues as i did.

Check the README file and add the section to the machine.config required
to enable exclusive canonicalization with WSE.

I installed to w2k pro, but will be installed on .Net Server later.
