While I'm thinking about it, the version of DictionarySectionHandler [in
web.config] had to be updated from 1.0.5000.0 to 1.0.3300.0 for
framework v1.0.3705 (to confuse enemies).

We're working on getting VS.NET 2003 in-house, but I'm glad I can
provide references that SourceID.NET runs on v1.0.3705, also.
