install the ID-FF 1.2 Java Toolkit 2.0 Beta for jboss 3.2.6

Dear all,

I am new in this list and I hope you can help me a little bit.
I have tried to run the idff1.2, but it fails.
I did everything they wrote in the README file.
1. I installed jboss 3.2.6
2. I unpacked the idff in a workdir
3. I change the SSL Settings in jboss
4. I run ant
5. I start jboss

Problems:
1. jboss can´t find the "sourceid.keystore" --> then i copied it to the 
right place (ok?) --> jboss runs
2. jboss can´t find "localhost:8443/demo/sp"

What should I do! I think normaly I need an *.ear file in the 
deploy-directory of jboss,
but ant only build a .war and a .jar file!
Have idff no entitybeans? is idff not a j2ee Application?

I hope you can help me and me problems are not to trivial!
