ID-FF 1.1 .Net Toolkit not using WSE 2.0

I've tried to build ID-FF 1.1 .Net Toolkit only to
find that it uses WSE 1.0 despite 2.0 having been out
for quite awhile. Will ID-FF 1.1 .Net Toolkit be
updated to use 2.0?
