Thanks to Folti, now we have static index pages both for the yum
<https://ose-repo.syslog-ng.com/yum/> and apt
<https://ose-repo.syslog-ng.com/apt/> repositories.
We also updated the project's main README.md

to reference the given repository packages directly.
