Beware Debian 13 syslog-ng stats setting

If you use Debian's packaged syslog-ng beware that you may have this set in your Debian 13 /etc/syslog-ng/syslog-ng.conf: stats(freq(1)); This was briefly introduced and then removed. You probably don't want it if you have it - daemon stats would be logged every second. Debian does not install syslog-ng by default and many may be installing packages from elsewhere or from source, so hopefully this does not have a wide impact.
