Version 2.0 released

Performance
-----------
We have tested with bit rates from 32 to 320 kbit/s and sample frequencie=
s
from 11 to 48 kHz. If you experience skipping, please report it!

Limitations
-----------
- The maximum supported directory length is 400 files, or a max sum of al=
l
  filenames of 16000 bytes. Whichever is reached first.
- Max playlist size is 10000 entries.
- Max 100 queued files.

Known bugs in this release
--------------------------
- "Red led dead": Sometimes when the jukebox is shaken or bumbped, the di=
sk
  freezes with the red led shining. This only happens to some units.

- On FM Recorders, the battery does not display a charging animation when
  charging is in progress.
