xduoox3: A couple of minor cleanups in the bootloader

    xduoox3:  A couple of minor cleanups in the bootloader
    
     * When SHOW_LOGO is not defined, print the version at the
       same time as the logo would have been displayed
     * Don't re-init the display after every message in USB mode
