Convert users of SHAREDDATA_ATTR to SHAREDBSS_ATTR

    Convert users of SHAREDDATA_ATTR to SHAREDBSS_ATTR
    
    The handful of uses are only doing zero initialization
    so don't need to go in the data section, they can go in
    bss instead.
