echoplayer: reduce LCD RGB & SPI output speed

    echoplayer: reduce LCD RGB & SPI output speed
    
    Low speed works for 50pF loads up to 12 MHz. LCD signals
    fall well within those limits so there's no reason to use
    any higher speed.
