I did consider to completely ignore your mail because of this. You might be hitting a known bug in Rockbox Utility. You might be not hitting a known bug. Unless you provide more details nobody will be able to tell. Your configuration might be wrong. It might be correct. Currently nobody can tell. On Windows voices usually use the SAPI interface. espeak also uses this (though it also provide a way to use it without SAPI).
