trying to install voice clips

Hi,
I downloaded the latest installer from the RB site, and I am trying to 
create good voice clips.
I am using XP, and I have a quality SAPI voice installed.
I tested it in the accessibility page of the RB installer program, and it 
checks out there as well as in control panel.
It seems to create the voice files, but when I boot up my iPod video, it 
goes back to that default voice that sounds like eSpeak or something.
I first did the general RB upgrade.
I don't get any errors, it only does not seem to use the voice it identifies 
as the SAPI voice.
Any ideas?
