IRIVER H10 Voice recorder

Hi guys

I love RB and have used it exclusively for auuudiobooks up to now.

I've not used the *Voice Recorder*  feature before, but I now have urgent 
need to record conversations with a relative with early onset dementia so 
that I can play it back to her   .
(She won't believe she has a problem!)

I need the button sequences for:

Start recording
Pause recording
Stop recording
Playback

I'd be most grateful for any help.

I am almost blind BTW, so can't see the screen.
