Have you tried:

1. Following the FAQ link at the bottom of every email on this list
2. Clicking on the "How do I install Rockbox?" link in that page
3. Clicking on the "manual" link in the asnwer to that question
4. Clicking on the PDF or online manual for the SanDisk Sansa Clip+
5. Reading chapter 2 - "Installation"

If not, please try the above and see if it helps.

If yes, please let us know at which point you had problems or got stuck, and
