Importing rockbox bookmarks and refreshing media

Hello,

I've got two questions on rb.

First of all, is it possible to take bookmarks from one mp3 player and
import them or copy them to another? The version of rb is the same on
both players.

Secondly, is there a way to turn off the refreshing media information
whenever new files are added? I had an old sansa zip that didn't do
this, but one of my clips does everytime I add new files.
